Happy 100th Birthday, Alan Turing

Happy Birthday to the long-departed father of computer science and World War 2 hero.  He was driven to suicide at the age of 42 due to persecution from the British government for being gay.

I saw the animated Turing Machine on Google a little while ago and was reminded of his Birthday.  I hadn’t realized that today would have been his hundredth birthday.
